Knowledge Base software for Windows Vista and Windows Mobile

Hello all!!

I'm looking for a Knowledge Base software that would allow me to synchronize
its file between Windows Vista and Windows Mobile 6.
For now I am using Texnotes Pro: http://www.gemx.com/texnotespro.php
But this software has some limitations:
- Not possible to read its KB file on my mobile device.
- No version for Win Mobile
- Has its own file format, so if there is no version of Texnotes for Win
Mobile, I cannot read the file.

Your post is confusing...

You should be able to sync any file located in your sync folder to and
from your PPC using WMDC

reading that file on your ppc may well be an issue... so with the app
you describe (which does not appear to have a ppc version) you will
probably need to convert or export it to something compatible with your
device's apps.

not sure what you mean by KB file... can you clarify?

exactly what device is it? ...WM6 doesn't give us much info.

There are a number of other third party notes apps which might meet your
needs.

Well that's what i'm looking for, but not a note app, a knowledge base app.
For example : Excel works in Vista as well as in Win Mobile 6.
I'd like a knowledge base app that works on these 2 as well.

Sent Items on Windows Mobile 5.0 Smart Ed. For some reason I am unable to keep track of sent mail from my handheld running Windows Mobile 5.0. The option on Outlook on the PDA to keep a copy of sent items is checked off. However any mail sent from the device is not saved in the sent items folder
