Activate GPRS connection and RADIO connection via source cod

Hi all,
I need to call some api or similar, to open via source code the GPRS
connection (as you do manually when open internet explorer mobile to access
to a site).

The same necessity is to open the RADIO connection via source code.

I develope with Visual Studio 2005 in C# (but any example in other languages
are wellcome)

To turn on radio you need to use TAPI, see MSDN for this, for connecting via
GPRS you need to use the Connection Manager.
