activesync 4.5 folder sync

Hello,

This is my problem. I try to connect my smartphone HTC S730 using version
4.5. All works fine, but I would like to syncronize some excel-files. How
does this work? Where do I need to put them. I was using version 3.8 with my
IPAQ 2210, so I am not a newbie.
Laptop has XP installed; can I use that mobility center?
