|
|
Hi I have an issue with ActiveSync 4.5, all the time when my device is
connecting or disconnecting from my PC, I have a folder opening on my PC who
is : "C:\Documents and Settings\User"
It's really anoying, I tried to delete Device on activSync software, remove
activesync and restart everything, reinstalling activesync and making a new
connection between the device and the PC and still the same.
The only difference with a standard Profile is "My documents" pointing to a
different folder on my PC
Any idea how I can fix it.

Hi,
Are you synchronizing files? The issue you described could be a side
effect of having the My Documents not point to your profile.

Hi Chris,
I'm synchronising file.
I try to move back My docs as it was before, pointing to my profile, same
thing. I remove Synchronizing files and still the same.

Hi,
I am curious to understand if this is the first time you are synchronizing
and witnessing this behavior. Or did the partnership between the device and
PC exist and then this action to point My Documents to a new location has
caused this behavior.
