I have a problem with a HTC phone. It is synchronising all new mails,
meetings etc., but when I delete mail on the phone, it is not synching to
the exchange server. So if I am on the road, read mails and then delete
them, I find all the mails I deleted when I get back to my Outlook. I want
the deleted mails to dissapear from the server too. I have tried finding
some settings in Active Sync on the phone, but have given up. Any help is
appreciated.

Thanks Øystein
