Hi all,
I've an HTC Touch Dual and I'm using UMTS. Problem is that my SIM can
use roaming with a GSM operator and sometimes goes under GSM band and
open GPRS connection even if I've no program running, or email client
with autocheck, or any other software... I've already tried also to
perform hard reset and configure only internet connection.
This can be solve in any way? Can I disable GPRS?

Thanks
Stefano

Sure- just go to Start > Settings > Connections (Tab) > Connections >
Advanced (Tab) Select Networks and change Both the top and bottom bars to
any connection that does NOT have a GPRS config in it. Optionally, create
a new "network" called "No GPRS" and set both connection types to that.
After that, only WiFi will work until you get home and change them back.
