WIRELESS DISABLED

I am unsing WINXP and have a dell latitude D620, no matter what i do the
wireless connection disables every few seconds after i enable it either from
the network connections or the device manager. Please advice

BT disabled I have the following problem with imate jasjam: Bluetooth is disabled by itself although I have it enabled. I believe it may be related to the car handsfree system that I use (Parrot) because sometimes it is disabled right after I exit my car.
