Having recently lost all my volatile ram due to battery going down, is there
a way of backing up, holding on the PC and then copying back to the ppc for
a faster way of restarting rather thna having to reinstall evrything?

I have a HP Ipaq 4150

Thanks

Rob

Your iPaq should have come with "iPaq Backup" which is a special HP
version of "Sprite Backup", on e of the best backup tools for Windows
Mobile. See: http://www.spritesoftware.com/store/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=191

Just for the sake of options.... you could also look at Spb Backup as well.

I've used it for some time now and been quite please with the reliability
and results.
