Using a TREO 750 to remotely access my server that runs security cameras. I
connect to the server using a pocket PC app called PCam2003 or something like
that. It allows me to see real time over the wireless web what my cameras
are seeing at home.
The server product is called PC-DVR 4 NET. It is a product sold by Swann
in Australia. Under Windows Mobile 5 the Pocket PC version dowloads without
any problem and works great. Under Windows Mobile 6, the PocketPC version
pulls up but it doesn't show any video just a white screen. I can tell it is
making a connection because it is recognizing each camera, there is just no
video.
Additionally, if I try and redownload the software fromt the server it says
it detected my phone as Symbian S60 2nd. and it recommends that I download
Scam2006, but since this is a Symbian file it is not recgonized by my device.
Any ideas on what might going on here. It seems to be a video issue.
Thanks.
