I don't have WPA2 setup but I do have WPA setup. I'll change my setup to
WPA2 and see if I can recreate the issue that you are having. Do you have
the root certificate installed on the device?

Thank you for your reponse!
We are using Cisco 1130AG, Cisco latest wireless LAN controller & Cisco
ACS4.1 all Wi-Fi- a/b/g certificed. For certificates, we are using MS Root CA
& Enterprise Sub CA that configured to be trusted for logon domain
controller. Root, server/host & users certificates are all come from trusted
domain root CA. MS DHCP is also domain trusted.!
We can use all three type authenticatio mothod for Windows XP notebook logon
with all type of certificates.
Only missing Windows Mobile 5/6 wi-fi logon!
Normally, we used latest Dopod D810 that said to be support WPA2 AES & most
possible using EAP-TLS to logon!
Any special requirements for mobile devices Wi-Fi logon?

Using a a Cisco 1240 AP, Windows IAS with self-signed cert and WM6 I was
able to successfully connect to a WPA2 EAP-TLS configured SSID. The WM6
device was a Sprint Mogul (HTC Titan) with rom version 2.17. Are you seeing
any errors in the radius server logs? Does the device ever prompt you for
credentials when connecting to the AP?

I'm not as computer savvy as some other but I do understand a bit. I have
the htc kaiser AKA ATT Tilt the newest Pocket PC I am trying to connect to my
university wireless internet (www.ipfw.edu) They have instructions for XP and
VISTA but not my device.
Vista instructions say
Enter IPFW in the Network name: text box.
Choose **WPA2-Enterprise** from the Security type: drop-down.
Ensure AES is selected from the Encryption type: drop-down.
Place a check next to Start this connection automatically.
Ensure Protected EAP (PEAP) is selected from the Choose a network
authentication method drop-down.
On my phone i could...Enter IPFW as Network name.
Choose either WPA2 or WPA2-PSK (WPA2-Enterprise was not an option)
and i could enter AES Encryption type.
I also chose the PEAP for EAP type.
I could not do **Click the Settings... button of the Security tab.
Uncheck Validate server certificate.
Ensure Secured password (EAP-MSCHAP v2) is selected from the Select
Authentication Method: drop-down.**
So i think im somewhat close but as much as i paid for this device i would
love to be able to use it for more then just a phone.
I am willing to download anything ask further questions from my IT and/or
change any registries. ( IT told me that my device had to be able to receive
a certificate every time i tried to connect to the internet automatically)
I would really appreciate any help with this issue
