I cannot see my storage card when I go to Library I only see My Device. If I
go to open file I can see all my mp3s on the storage card. I am running Media
11 on my PC. I can see my storage card listed in Media 11. I can play my MP3s
from Open File but this is a real pain. Ideas?

I am experiencing this exact problem. If anyone has a solution, I
would be most grateful.

BTW, I just erased everything from my storage card, and then tried
again. Every thing works fine. If anyone could suggest a better
solution than this..

For the record, here is a reply I recieved from another group:
"Locate these two folders: MSMetadata amd WMDRM. They may be hidden,
so
make sure you select the option to Show all files. Delete them and
reboot your device. Try again."

I am having this problem also. I renamed the library file in the \WMDM folder
and the player shows No Libaries now instead of just My Device. Storage Card
still doesn't show. Updating the Library seems to find the files on the
Storage Card but the Storage Card library is never added to the Library menu.

Hey Buddy, thank you for the post - I had tried 'logic' but of course that's
the worst thing to try.... your suggestion worked, and it had been driving me
nuts. Thank you.

Well, I wish this had worked for me. I tried it, and now my phone does not
recognize my memory card, period. Any other ideas? Or have I just really
messed my phone up?

Well, after a bit of 'playing around' I was able to get it to work, so thanks
for the tips. For those of you out there who are not super phone-tech savvy,
like me, here's what I did:
-after you're deleted those two files, unplug your phone from your computer
-turn the phone off and remove your memory card
-turn the phone back on, let it boot all the way up without the memory card
in it
-view your memory storage space, and while in that window, plug your memory
card back in
-the card and its available space should pop up
After it was all said and done, it worked! So, thanks for the tips guys!
