I have a dell Axim X51v (WM5) and an IBM T60p Laptop (WinXP).
What's driving me nuts with these two is, that EACH AND EVERY TIME when
I want to synchronize the two via Bluetooth the first time after I
rebooted my laptop, I first have to repair the two devices. For some
darn reason the laptop looses that info again and again (even though I
faithfully check the "remember this device" (or whatever it is labeled)
checkbox each time and I also routinely check all the Properties =>
Authorization checkboxes of that device (I also tried without checking,
but no difference). Later syncs work fine, but since I reboot my Laptop
each day, these constant repairing is getting SOOO annoying - I
sometimes feel tempted to through that thing out the window!
Why is this so? Why can XP's BT stack not memorize the paired BT
devices?
