Make sure phone uses WIFI

I'm sure that this question has been asked/ addressed before but I can't seem
to find information on this anywhere. I would like to make an option in my
program to only download information if the phone is connected over wifi, and
then to only use wifi to send/receive anything. Does anybody know how I would
go about doing this?

How do I make web server HTTPD work on Mobile 5.0 Hello I like to run httpd server on my PDA running window mobile 5.0. I have installed it on the device with the .cab file But it does not run not even log is present. I can ping the device and do get replies. Any Help would be appreciated. Thanks
