Weird - crash

My PPC WM6 phone was misbehaving in the middle of surfing the net via
the 3G. It would crawl or not follow wand strokes at the speed i am
accustomed to. So I did a soft reset to bring sort the problem

Next thing after the reset, in the programs folder, all the icons are
duplicated and in some cases have stopped working.

I did a hard reset and it MENC'ed files on SD card. Now I cant get to
that data

Somebody anybody please help

Regarding the Storage card, you probably have encrypted the card in the
past. Encryption keys are saved on the flash-ROM that you have just cleared.

The only way to read it is if in the past you have done a backup with Sprite
Backup 6.1 or later. This software can restore the encryption keys to give
you access to the card after the hard reset.
