I have Windows mobile and WMP10 mobile on an Orange SPV phone. Although it
recognises mp3 files and appears to play them there is no sound. Also it
plays video formats without the sound. It will play .wav and .wma files no
problem and the packet video player also included plays the sound on videos
with no problems. Has anyone come across this problem before?

I am having the same exact problem on a Moto Q and have not been able
to find a solution. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
