Does the WM5 support PEAP-MSCHAP security mechanism?
How can i use it....
please advice...

Yes it does, when you setup your wiress profile the last page of the setup
asks about 802.1x. Here you can choose PEAP or Certificate based
authentication. Once you select PEAP and tap finish a few moments later you
will be presented with a screen asking for you credentials.

I'm very thank your for your advice.
and I also see the menu at 802.1x category.
but how can I setup AP? I have Cisco Air AP 1242AG-K-K9 model.
Do I need some server for setup AP?
please advice.

You will need to refer to the cisco documentation for your Access point on
setting up PEAP/802.1x. Here's one doc that I found
http://cisco.com/en/US/docs/wireless/technology/peap/technical/reference/PEAP_D.html .
The AP has some onboard functions for 802.1x but having the AP tied into a
radius server will greatly make things better with regards to scalability
and useability.
