SBS 2003 Premium R2 with Exchange SP2 + Phone running Windows Mobile 5

Whenever I try to sync the calendar etc through Active Sync to the phone, I
get an error message saying your account does not have permission to sync
with the exchange server.
As far as I know, there is no such permission. Anyone have any ideas why we
would receive this message?
