I have a HTC P3300 using Windows Media Player 10 Mobile for Pocket PC,
Version 10.3 is there a way to listen to music playback through my bluetooth
stereo headphones?

The above's a link to a page where you can find a hack.
I ended up using the cab file made by this fellow - tho his
instructions are not exactly clear. Unzip and get that .cab file on
your phone, and click to install it.
Here's a test I did, showing that the system audio (as mono) had in
fact been routed to and from the bluetooth headset:
