Wi-Fi Tab in WM6 automatically changes to Network Tab

I owned a HTC Touch (HTC P3450) phone. The problem I'm facing that When I'm
trying to to access the WLAN in the connection tab ,, It is showing WLAN is
Off .... Turn On Wireless LAN. On touching the link , the WLAN is not turning
on (after doing it repeatedly)... whats over previously In connection Tab the
Wi-Fi Tab has been changed to Network cards. I cant revert it to Wi-Fi. In
network card tab instead of adding a new Wi-Fi connection it is showing me to
configure network card (My Work network --->connects to 802.11 Compatible
card)

I contacted HTC Support , They told me to reset the device memory(by
selecting the option Clear Storage) and I did it several times. But the
problem not resolved.

I'm not able to change the networks card to Wi-Fi. also the Wireless LAN is
not turning on. The interesting thing is that I noticed that after resetting
the device it shows me the Wi-Fi tab but later on , I mean 2-3 days later
it's turning to Network Card. I don't know the reason

The Third party software I'm using my phone Kaspersky AV Mobile, Vicsoft
Clear Temp & PDA Gear Expense diary. InfoFeed & Cyberon Voice Commander is
pre installed apps

Kindly help me to resolve the problem...
