Is it possible to use the WIFI USB dongle on the WINCE?
If yes..... How do?

You need too things, PDA(or another WINCE based device) with USB host. And
driver for that USB dongle, i heard some companies was making drivers for
windows mobile for their USB dongles, not sure how stable they are
