I am looking for an eBook reader for Windows Mobile 6, which is installed on
my T-Mobile Dash smartphone. I understand that Microsoft eReader doesn't
work with smartphones, does anyone know of a good option? I would like to
find something that can read a variety of formats, but .LIT or .Doc would be
fine. (Yes, I have Word Mobile, but it's kinda clunky for large books...)
Thanks in advance,
James

Sorry for multiple post...
I just bought a WM6 Dash myself, focusing on phones that use Microsoft
Windows Mobile because of their eBook reader... imagine my shock to find out
it's not supported! Has MS stated a reason for this? Are they stopping
support of MS Reader altogether?
Anyway, to answer your question, I just grabbed a copy of the Mobipocket
Reader. So far, it seems to work ok, except that the font sizes aren't
completely working properly (right now, Small, Normal and Large are the same
size and a bit too small for me, and Largest is about 2 words per screen, so
won't work very well).
Mobipocket is currently owned by Amazon, and I believe may support the
Kindle standard as well, so it should be a pretty robust product.
Here's the website... you can either download the mobile reader directly, or
grab the PC version and then let it update your mobile unit.

Man, glad I never bought and DRM controlled eBooks. It's going to be a pain
to get 'em all in Mobipocket format, but it's possible for me.

Yes, I DL'd the Mobipocket Reader a day or two after my original post.
Sorry, should have posted something here, but honestly forgot posting the
question, lol... This is the first reply I've had since then... Haven't
tried changing the font size, as the default was comfortable for me. So far,
I've really enjoyed the Mobi reader.
Thanks for your input, good luck with the Dash in the future!
