Hi everyone,

My Windows Media Player just stopped working. I didn't add any new programs
or anything and everything was working fine, etc. I did the dreaded hard
reset after trying other workarounds and it restores it fine. However, I
can't figure out what the problem software could be. I've added them back in
little groups and everything was still working okay. It does a soft reset
and I'm back to Media Player not opening/working.

Has anyone else experienced this? Also, since it's not working, all of my
WMA ringtones won't "ring" and all rings have defaulted back to Windows
default ring.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I've been playing around with this
for two SOLID days and nada.

Thanks,
Linda
