Looking for a freeware world time calculator. Any recommendations?

I don't know about any free solutions, but the following are not very
expensive. I'm not quite sure what you want, but think these are at
least close.
For devices with stylus, SPB Time works well:

For devices without stylus, MadBeetle World Time seems good (I haven't
used it enough to be more enthusiastic):

I ended up discovering that Mobimate's Worldmate is now "free".
