calendar doesn't sync from pc to htc touch but htc to pc doe

i've an HTC Touch with wm6 and i sync it with an exchange server.

IT sync properly contacts, mail, activities but not the calendar.

If i create a new object in htc i found it in outlook after sync but if i
create it on pc i don't find in htc.

I tried to sync with pc and not with exchange and all works properly.

Any Suggestion?
