I need to read Pocket PC EVB code and apps I have on my desktop PC to
convert them to Visual Studio EVB or C++. I need the MS Embedded
Visual Basic development software for Pocket PC, but can no longer
find it on the Internet. The old MS links are gone! Help!

There isn't a direct way to convert code from eVB to VB.NET. However there
is this tool which will convert your forms:-
http://www.gui-innovations.com/html/evb_to_dotnet_forms.html

And you can then manually convert the code. You don't need Embedded Visual
Basic to open the code files, you can use Notepad or any other text reader.

Thanks.
I bought EVB download from Softonics for $1.99. Works great. I
couldn't read ebp, vb or vbw files with Notepad or Wordpad, plus it
helps for me to see the "old" full project and run it on my PPC or in
emulation.
I can cut and paste instructions (code) from old to new. I am hoping
much of it translates and works. I'll look at the form convertor.
