lost contacts in my htc touch

I logged in from my phn to my msn acct and my phn linked my contacts in my
phn and added them to my phone number list in my cellular phn I erased them
from my phn because i did not want to have all my few hundreds of email
adress in my phone number list in my phone but when i erased it from my
contacts list even though i was not conected to my msn it erased them in my
email too i need to have them back in my email and in my msn i have no clue
why it actually erased them from my adress book in my email since i was not
conected to msn when i erased the data from my phn i have had this email
adress for more than 15 years just try to imagine how many email adresses I
had over all those years pls help me recover the data and my email adresses

Do you have a backup of your email contacts in Outlook?

If so you could synch your Touch with your computer to get your
contacts back and you can import your contacts into MSN.

The only other method I can think of is manual addition from the
emails received, its laborous, but it is an option.
