I have hp ipaq 6940,that most of the time cannot access the
internet.because theres an error message that says page cannot be
displayed .can someone tell me how to fix this

DNS needs to be available to access the
web using domain names. If you can get
to a page using an IP address alone, like

http://209.197.121.15/

then you know that's your problem.

So what happens if you still cannot access the website via IP address, but if
you go into the ping utility and you can ping that address?

For some reason my Internet Explorer Mobile stopped working and just gives a
"The address is not valid. Check the address and try again." no matter what
website or IP address (Intranet or Internet) I try to go to. But pinging
intranet or internet IP addresses work...
