I am working on an AT&T 8925 and find that twice in the last two months PIE
has lost the ability to find web sites. The problem is restricted to PIE, a
demo version of Opera works fine, as does e-mail and anything else
dependent on an Internet connection. The first time this happened I did a
hard restart followed by reinstallation of all my software from
distributions. That solved the problem for a couple of weeks but this
morning the problem has returned. I confess I find the management of
connections on Windows Mobile a little confusing and haven't poked around
in there for fear of really screwing it up. I could easily spring the money
for registering Opera and be done with it but I am curious about what could
be causing the problem. Can anyone here suggest what might be going on or
have ideas about what to check for further infor.

It happens to my WM6 Wizard from time to time. Generally a soft-reset
fixes it for me- sometimes it's taken two.
